Doesn’t matter where you come from, what you have or don’t have… All you need to have is faith in God, an undying passion for what you do and what you choose to do in this life, and a relentless drive and the will to do whatever it takes to be successful in whatever you put your mind to.
1 Corinthians 13:8 New International Version (NIV)
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
Well growing up with a younger brother definitely you need to share your television, (before netflix was a thing) but most of the live shows, like the Premiere League, Tennis, Basketball you need to see it live, hence back at home I knew some the players. To me watching all those sports are similar to my friends watching the dramas.
Recently I’ve been doubting myself a lot, I’m the oldest in the family, and yet I don’t really know where my life will bring me in the future. Sometimes I’m afraid I couldn’t give back to the parents who brought me up, until this day, I really love my parents, and I don’t want to fail them. I asked to God a lot ! because why would He put me, in the world, and He knows that this world will bring me down sometimes, again a tattoo slapped my face so hard, as it said in 1 Corinthians 13 : 8 that love never fails, and God will always be there.
He is one of the athletes that I’m a fan of other than Dele Alli that got the bible verse tattoo that’s really slapped my face. I’ve been so scared lately that I don’t know what will I do in my life. I want to be someone that’s useful, and relatable to the community. Moving on I really like the way he is as a father, and how he lead his friends before the game, for example by praying. I guess in life I try myself way to hard, and try to face every single problems by my self, I don’t think I could do that since I’m a human, there are times where my arrogant can be felt, its because I don’t want to look weak. So anyways I’m still learning and I will keep trying and be closer to God himself. Have a blessed day 🙂
Fun Part 🙂
As I said because its a music blog I listed music that named Stephen Curry, as you may know I love music so bad. By far from the lists that I found on XXL, and Uproxx I choose the artists that I knew, like Soulja Boy, Drake, Futuristic, and Lecrae. Lecrae is one of Curry’s favourite, and for Drake I’m a fan of him as well.
To me the relationship within music, and sports is that you really want to be the best, and before the game you really want to be pumped out. To me life is all about praising God, so when we do sports when we do our bests its part of the practices to praise God, and I think that’s why people want to be the best. I knew Futuristic through a music from A Great Big World, and Lecrae he is one of the most re known Christian rapper, as for Drake we all know who he is and I think Drake is a fan of Basketball too, you can see the song Forever.
I’m feelin’ like Stephen Curry I’m feelin’ like Stephen Curry, swish
